GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Specifically designed warning, notice and safety-aimed BS manufacture prismatic electrical traffic road button in accordance with international standards.

MAIN BODY :
The top surface coating material shall be ABS-added non-flammable plastic coating. The coating color shall be white. A highly visible optical line display system shall function in tunnels. This system is very important for tunnel entrances where a different lighting is required for the adaptation of eyes to different lighting in tunnel.

LEDS:
There will be 6 leds on each face of the button.

Led Color	: shall be White, Red and Yellow.
Lighting amplitude of LEDs	: shall be continuous along the control unit.
Protective glass for LED's.	: It shall have filth accumulation preventer and easily cleanable glass property.
LED modules' connection	: Screws shall be connected to the main body by means of nuts.
Distance between LED’s	: It shall be 10 - 15 m at tunnel entrances and 20-25 m in tunnel in accordance with international practices.

The buttons shall be managed by one or more control units depending on the lengths of tunnels that are required to be controlled by the LED modules of buttons. These models shall be installed on the best tunnel walls or curb stones.

LED modules shall emit high diode-look yellow, red and white light and the lighting shall be adjustable. LED's shall be adjusted automatically during day (high lighting) and night (low lighting) applications.

ENERGY AND CABLE CONNECTION:

The cable shall be isolated in a flexible manner, not to get fire, and it shall have a diameter of 2 x 1.5mm, 9mm including coating. The main energy supporter (230 V) or solar energy supported output voltage shall be 24 V (Electric power supply shall be supported by the main connection cable or solar energy system.) Energy consumption of LED modules shall be very low. For example; energy consumption for 300m long tunnel shall be nearly 200kWh  per annum.
