Luminous and Non-Luminous (French Type) Aluminum Crossroad Direction Plate

French type aluminum direction signs and standard signs consist of;
  1. Panels where direction messages are written
  2. System bearer post
  3. Fixtures
  4. Anchorage System
pieces. Panels where direction messages are written, bearer posts and fixtures are made of anodized aluminum, and the anchorage system is manufactured from pipe.

PANELS:

Panels are made by twisting 6 cm or 7 cm wide anodized aluminum profile respectively for non-luminous or luminous types in the shape of a box, and by this frame is covered with an aluminum anodized plate on both front and back sides. If related direction panels are convenient for single-side use, then they are covered with a reflective material in the type desired by the customer/administration. Backsides of panels are produced as electrostatically painted.

For panels, 40x160 cm. and 60x160 cm.dimensions are recommended, while any dimensions can be manufactured.

Depending on the place of use, either luminous (internal lighting) or non-luminous (reflective material covered) type may be preferred.

SYSTEM BEARER POST:

System Bearer Post consists of anodized aluminum hexadecagon cross sectional outer post and an inner pipe which is placed in the outer post after a certain point for connecting the panels. Due to being telescopic, when new panels are added to or removed from the inner post, the height of the post and indicating different directions can be adjusted as desired. Post dimensions vary according to the number of panels.

FIXTURES:

The bolts, nuts and washers for Luminous or Non-Luminous (French Type) Aluminum Crossroad Direction plate are galvanized, and they are disguised with caps. All brackets are made of anodized aluminum.

Tray Type Crossroad Side Direction Sign anchorage is pipe type, minimizing the concrete and excavation cost.
