Tray Type Aluminum Direction Sign for Crossroad

Tray type aluminum direction signs consist of;

1. Panels where direction messages are written
2. System bearer post
3. Fixtures
4. Anchorage System

pieces. Panels, posts and fixtures (brackets)are made of anodized aluminum.

PANELS:
Four edges and corners of 3 mm thick aluminum plate are properly twisted with 90 degrees, at minimum 16 mm and maximum 20 mm. The plate is suitable for one side use and the front side is covered with a reflective material in the type requested by the client/administration. The backside of the plate is manufactured with or without electrostatic paint according to the preference. For connection to post, the backside of the panel is furnished with a rail.

40*160 cm.,
40*190 cm.,
60*160 cm.,
60*190 cm.dimensions.

SYSTEM BEARER POST:

System Bearer Post consists of anodized aluminum inner and outer telescopic posts. The outer post has 125 mm diameter, 4 mm wall thickness and it is hexadecagon. the inner post has 4 mm wall thickness. Due to being telescopic, when new panels are added to or removed from the inner post, the height of the post can be adjusted as desired.

FIXTURES:

On Tray Type Crossroad Side Direction Sign, the brackets to fix the panels to the post are designed from anodized aluminum in a manner to avoid dislocation. The bolts, nuts and washers are galvanized.

ANCHORAGE SYSTEM:

Tray Type Crossroad Side Direction Sign anchorage is pipe type, minimizing the concrete and excavation cost.
