Thermoplastic Laid Road Line Paint and Application

Thermoplastic Laid Road Line paint is in solid blocks, and there will be plasticized thermoplastic resins or rosins with suitable binding oils. The type of the filling agent to be used in the paint is dolomite.

Application areas:
Frequently used on urban roads, nonurban state roads and highways and express roads. Especially recommended for pedestrian crossing, offset lining, arrow, symbol and letter applications.

Color Options:
Thermoplastic paint is offered in white or yeller color.

Standard:
Manufactured in accordance with state roads, international road and TSE EN 1871 standards.  
Application:
Thermoplastic road line paint, which is transferred as dust into the boilers found on thermoplastic lining truck, is heated up to 220 C degrees and sprayed on cleaned asphalt surface. Then, the application is completed with glass granulate. Drying takes 240 sec. and then the road is opened for traffic.
