Water-Based Road Line Paint and Application

Water based road line paint is a solvent-free versatile emulsifying line marking paint. It is environmental friendly and designed for use at all indoor and outdoor spaces such as airport runways, parking lots, factory floors, school yards and sports surfaces.

Water based road line paint based on a wear-resistant acrylic resin system, can be applied on a wet surface with glass granulates for reflectorization.

Water-based road line paint is formulated according to the following data.

Other Conditions

1.Min. application temperature must be higher than 10ºC

2.Do not apply in rainy weather.

3.Apply with an air gun, roller and brush.

4.Stir the paint thoroughly before applying.

5.Recommended pressure for air gun application is between 138 and 172 bars.

6.The drawn line thickness must be between 0.43-0.64 mm.

7.The line drawing surface must be clean, dry and cleared from any kind of filth (dust, grease, etc.)

8. Drying period at 25ºC is between 5 and 10 minutes.

9.Max. humidity during application should not exceed 85%.
